Posturefit Group Classes

Skilled structural work to support posture, joints, and long-term movement

Posturefit Group Classes are designed to improve how the body is organised, supported, and loaded over time.

This is precise, skilled work focused on correct body positions, restoring joint space, improving tissue behaviour, and building postural strength that actually holds. The work is progressive and layered, designed to stick rather than provide short-term fixes.

The work is equally valuable for people who sit for long hours and for those who train, compete, or use their body regularly. It supports long-term structural health, physical resilience, and better movement quality in everyday life and training.

What this work focuses on

Across each block, the work targets:

  • postural strength and structural stability
  • fascial organisation and normalisation
  • restoring and maintaining joint space
  • improving how the body is supported under load
  • refining movement control and quality

The aim is a body that feels more supported, less compressed, and better organised.

Class structure

Group Classes run as structured 10-week blocks, allowing the work to build properly over time.

Each block includes skilled exercises drawn from:

  • Postural Strength & Structural Stability
  • Global Postural Stretching
  • Myofascial Stretching
  • ELDOA-based spinal decompression
  • Controlled joint and osteoarticular preparation

Consistency matters. The blocks are designed so the exercises and positions layer progressively rather than being approached casually.

Class options

Monday

Postural Strength, Structural Stability, Global Postural Stretching & Spinal Decompression
This class focuses on building postural strength and structural stability from the inside out. The work reinforces correct body positions and teaches the body how to support itself properly under load, so strength is built without creating compression or compensation. Global Postural Stretching and spinal decompression are used to maintain space and organisation through the spine and joints, allowing strength to hold over time.

Wednesday

Myofascial Stretching & ELDOA Spinal Decompression
This class uses myofascial stretching and ELDOA spinal decompression to restore fascial organisation, joint positioning, and space through the spine. The work supports structural balance and improves how the body is supported and held.

Many people choose to attend both classes, as the combination of postural strength, fascial work, and decompression works extremely well together.

Who these classes are suited for

These classes are particularly well suited if you:

  • sit for long hours and want better postural support
  • train or move regularly and want skilled recovery and refinement of movement patterns
  • want to support your body for long-term health and longevity
  • value precise, structured work over quick fixes

This work suits people who are willing to commit to consistent, skilled practice.

Investment

$450 per 10-week block (one class per week)
(Monday and Wednesday are booked separately.)
